The GLVPAA will hold a Summer Art Studio Camp at Sandusky High School June 18 - 22, 2018. The cost is $30 for SCS Students and $55 for non-SCS Students. Students will also attend a field trip to the Cleveland Museum of Art. Applications are due June 8, 2018. Do you need to order your spring mulch? Support your Blue Streak Athletes and participate in the annual Blue Streak Booster Club's Mulch Sale! All money raised will benefit athletic programs in grades 1-12. Mulch is $4.00 per bag (2 cu. Ft. bags of dark hardwood mulch). Delivery is free to Sandusky residents. Call the Athletic Office for more details at 419.984.1074. Pre-paid orders are due May 1, 2018. Orders can be turned into the SHS Office or any SCS Building Office.

The Sandusky City Schools, a school district of 3,450 students, located between Toledo and Cleveland, Ohio, is seeking a Chief Academic Officer (CAO) to provide strategic and innovative leadership focused on curriculum and instruction. The CAO is responsible for implementing the district’s academic vision focused on achieving the goals in the Academic Pillar of the district’s innovative Transformation Plan. 

The successful candidate will need to be able to provide systematic and transformational relevant instructional leadership to the district and community. Preferred candidates will have earned a doctoral degree, minimum master’s degree required, and have work experience in a school district serving Preschool -12th grade. Please submit the following:
