Sandusky City Schools has announced the assignment of principals for its three new buildings as part
of the “Building Better Dreams” facilities project, according to Dan Poggiali, Chief of Staff and Transformation Officer for
the district.

The assignment of principals at the new buildings is one of the strategic steps being implemented by Sandusky City
Schools to align professional development and training with the facilities project, designed to meet the core value of
centralizing students and faculty for academic and professional growth and advance 21st century learning standards.

Kathy Pace, currently principal of Hancock Elementary, has been assigned as principal at Sandusky City Schools new
Prekindergarten-Kindergarten building, which is scheduled to open at the Hancock Elementary site in January, 2021. Ms.
Pace will assume her duties as Prekindergarten-Kindergarten principal at the beginning of the 2019-2020 school year,
when the program is temporarily transitioned to the Mills Building.

Rebecca Muratori, currently principal of Osborne Elementary, has been assigned as principal at the new grades 1-2
building, which is scheduled to open at the Ontario Elementary site at the beginning of the 2019-2020 school year.

Donna Brown, currently principal of Venice Elementary, has been assigned as principal at the new grades 3-6
Intermediate School, which is also scheduled to open at the beginning of the 2019-2020 school year, at the former
Memorial Hospital site adjacent to Sandusky High School. Timothy Kozak, currently principal of Ontario Elementary at
Adams, has been assigned as Associate Principal in charge of Academic Affairs at the Intermediate School. Jude Andres,
currently principal of Mills Elementary, has been assigned as Assistant Principal at the Intermediate School.

All administrative appointments will be activated at the start of the 2019-2020 school year.
